Prairie du Chen was always one of our potential stopping points for our ride along the northern Mississippi River. And today was such an enjoyable day of riding that decide we decided to end on this high note. Wisconsin SR 35 continued to be a wonderful bike touring route with constant wide shoulders, lots of interesting pullouts with river views and historical markers, as well as town ever 7 to 10 miles. We have really enjoyed our whole route from Bemidji to Prairie du Chen.
